Poll Everywhere App Reviews

Youre better off creating a Google form. Polleverywhere lets you create several poll types but you can not add your question with it and the choices have generic titles a,b,c or 1,2,3... So you need another document where your pollees can see what corresponds to what. Unusable for me!

Poorly designed no sign up button definitely unimpressed sorry for one str but I just cant take this anymore this is the last straw I need a poll like yesterday sorry

I have no idea why this doesnt have the ability to view in landscape.

If you are presenting with Keynote, would be nice to be able to switch to this app and use horizontal view. Better yet, would be nice to be able to integrate the polls in keynote for iOS.

This app makes it quick and easy for me to respond to polls.

I love this idea. Trying to use this in conjunction with GroupMe to get quick input from a group of 5 people I work with regularly. The mobile app is fairly useless without the ability to create a poll and quickly cut/paste it into the group chat app. You already show the link you just need to make it able to be copied in iOS.

The app is great functionally. One BIG issue I see though is why not show to text to number as well as the URL? Each poll generates a unique text XXXXX to 22333. Why not include this number in the app?

App needs to run significantly faster - load is particularly painful. Copy/paste and some improved UI would also be useful. Generally, I love the service. This is a great product generally - app just needs some work.

It works, but its slow. I have missed polls in my class waiting for this app to load.

Slowness issues and copy and paste have all been fixed! Great way to use Poll Ev when Im not on my desktop.

The concept of Poll Everywhere is good, but if were talking about this app specifically, the layout of it is terrible. Its confusing. I think it would better benefit users if there were sections/folders for each number you answer to. I have use this app for multiple classes and all of my answers are just thrown together on the side bar and its difficult to sort through them.

Easy way to respond to professors polls in class.

If you miss the initial sign up for Username & Password at the beginning then you cant get in at all cause it no longer prompts to create a UN &/or PW... O_o

Sick Brother

I am writing this review from the perspective of a teacher who is using wanting to use this almost exclusively for presenting from my iPad. No offense, but unless this app has the same display as the online version or the powerpoint add-in, there is really no point to it. It does not display the text number, the timer, and the clear responses features in presentation mode. If these features were added I would use this app all the time. Safari doesnt do a very good job displaying the Poll Everywhere website so I can hardly use my iPad for that either. Would really use your incredible polling services more often if you made these changes to the app. Thanks!

This app looks very very sophisticated. However it will not allow thy user to create thy account using this app.
